WINTER RATES for June / July / August
$250 p/n for 2 people (extra guests $35 p/n after that)
This includes firewood for you to stay nice and warm by the fire, while still enjoying the properties beautiful forest and ocean views.

Bookings must be made with us directly through our website
House accommodates a maximum of 12 people only (if more than 12 people are found to be staying at the house strict penalties will apply)
Summer December / January rates:
(linen and other house amenities included)
7 night minimum with check in on a Monday whole house rate of $4,000.
$100 security deposit required which will be refunded on check out.
The $100 security deposit is needed to secure the booking, full payment needs to be made prior to check in. Deposit is forfeited if cancellation is made 14 days before check in.
